Our commitment is that our clients receive the bonsai as we would like to receive them.

Enough of trees “dancing” inside the box, pots and broken branches, half of the substrate scattered, or worse, completely crushed by poor packaging.

  1. Materials: We use boxes from the leading brands in Spain, of extra quality and maximum resistance to crushing, high and low density filling materials, depending on the size and fragility of the tree, appropriate marking labels and everything necessary for a safe trip. bonsai.
  2. Bonsai preparation: The bonsai is prepared properly, proceeding to the cleaning of the pot and a general review of it. Depending on the size, the pot is wrapped in palletizing film or bubble wrap, which prevents the substrate from being lost, keeps the root ball fixed and maintains the humidity of the substrate for several days.
  3. Beginning of packing: At the base of the box a “cushion” of filling material is placed, covered by bubble wrap, which prevents the tree from sinking under its own weight.
  4. Filling the packaging: Once the tree (or trees) is placed, filling material is progressively added, ensuring that all free spaces are occupied. In this way, the tree is trapped and blocked inside, preventing any movement and possible damage.
  5. Completion of filling: Possible promotional objects or gifts for the client and instructions on how to remove the trees from the box are added to avoid damage to them.
  6. Completion of packaging: We close the box with its corresponding seal, put the sender and recipient labels and the labels marked for the carrier. Finally, we tie the package with strong rope to facilitate the handling of the box to the carrier and the agent in charge of the delivery, which reduces the possibility of unnecessary blows during its transfer.

Well, it must be borne in mind that depending on the type and number of trees, packing them can take more than 45 minutes and up to several hours.
